I strongly recommend this board for all Cal football fans, especially those with a lot of time on their hands. I'm definitely addicted to this board.

Death of the U

Miami University and Larry Coker are done.

Miami could get away with its thuggish ways when they were a powerhouse. Now, Miami is mediocre at best, and Larry Coker has obviously lost control.

Coker will lose his job, and I'm not sure that anyone worth having is going to want it. It's rebuiding time at the U, but I'm not so sure that they will ever get back to where they were.

The ACC in general is looking pretty weak these days. I think an argument can be made that the Big East is now a stronger conference.
